On Saturday, August 31 at 12:00 PM, we will have a real mermaid visiting Fjord&Bælt. Come and watch her swim among the seals. And maybe we will all learn more about what the legends of the selkies are made of.

Although fish and shellfish do not eat as often as marine mammals, we feed some of the fish in the aquariums every day. Walk around with our nature guide and see who will have food today.

Training of seals and Porpoises
Watch as the animals go through their daily training. We start with the seals, who go through different types of exercises depending on the research projects that are relevant on the day. Then it's off to the Porpoises in the other pool. There may be researchers, along with the trainers, who work with the animals. It can get a little more technical. And therefore there will often be no presentations. But our guests can ask questions immediately after the research session.
